The GCYAA Youth Football and Cheer program is an all-volunteer organization. It is mandatory that all parents of football and cheer participants volunteer for game day activities (home and away).
This year we are implementing a mandatory volunteer agreement with a $120 deposit for each player/cheerleader. Checks should be make to GCYAA. Checks should be turned in before by the first practice: July 29th for all Tackle players/cheerleaders or August 3rd for Flag players/cheerleaders. This $120 check will not be cashed unless you do not complete your family’s volunteer requirement.
When you have completed your shift requirements which is 3 shifts per child, your $120.00 check will be returned to you. You can pick up your check at the concession stand at Moeller Field the week following your full commitment. If you are unable to do the task you signed up for, please call Kyle Blackmore @ 734-686-1205.
