 Cougars Football Youth Camps 

Monday 7/21/14 & Wednesday7/23/14 thru Friday 7/25/14 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.

 

The GCHS Cougars Youth Football camp will be held at the GCHS game field, which is located at the corner of Hartel/Cambridge, behind the high school.  Players will be taught the basic fundamentals of the game of football during the GCHS COUGARS Youth Camp. Drills and demonstrations will be used to teach the proper techniques of throwing, blocking, receiving, and tackling. There will be discussions regarding other aspects of the game and life including academics, safety, and health.  All campers will receive a camp T-Shirt.  Please register early to save money!

 

 Cost for the 10 to 13 year old camp is $50.00 if pre-registered by June 1, 2014. $75.00 if not pre-registered.

Cost for the 8 and 9 year old camp is $40.00 if pre-registered by June 1, 2014.  $60.00 if not pre-registered.

2014 New Player Registration:

 

Please print and fill out the registration form, attendance form, code of conduct form. 

Half of the total registration fee is due along with the 3 forms and a copy of their birth certificate

($90 for Freshman, Junior Varsity, Varsity & $50 for Flag). 

Checks are made out to GCYAA

Bring completed forms, birth cert & payment to GC High School field on 7/23 from 6-8pm

  

 

 Practices are held @ Moeller Field

 

FIRST day of practice:

Freshman is July 30th from 6-8:30pm

Junior Varsity is July 30th from 6-8:30pm

Varsity is July 30th from 6-8:30pm

 

FLAG is on August 4th from 6-8pm

 

Practices will be at these times until further notice.

All tackle teams MUST complete 3 days of conditioning prior to getting pads. 

Conditioning days are July 30, 31 & Aug 1st.

 

Home games are played at the football field @ Garden City High School

Registration ($50 for flag, $75 for freshmen-varsity) Uniform: ($110) Shoes ($50) Body Suit & Brief (purchased separately by parent) Competition Bows ($5-$10) 3 mandatory fundraisers for Homecoming & banquet (there is an option for an opt out fee) Optional Expenses: Camp, 3day Walk t-shirt (they cheer on the 3day walkers in August), Homecoming Shirts, Competition shirts, Competition gift, Cheer Jackets & Sportswear.
